When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 1-3 days.

Can I exchange my item?

No, unfortunately due to high order volumes and sellouts, we are not able to accept exchanges at this time.  

How do I return my item?

You will need to ship the item back to us at ELLA’S ARROW, 9655 6TH AVE SE, POLLOCK SD 57648.  All items returned must be received in the original condition, with the tags still attached, and must be scent free, unworn, and unwashed. 

Do you provide shipping labels for returns?

No.  We do not offer return shipping labels.  

Can I return accessories?

No.  Accessories are non-returnable items and cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.  

Will I get a refund on shipping charges when I return an item?

No.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  

Can sale or clearance items be returned?

No. SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.  THIS INCLUDES ALL ITEMS WITH THE PRICE ENDING IN $0.99! 

Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?

No.  Due to high order volumes and sellouts, we are unable to exchange anything at this time.  

How will I receive my refund on an item I returned?

Store credit is issued for all returns.  Your refund will be emailed to you in the form of an electronic gift card, that you can use on a future purchase, if you ordered from the website. If you ordered from your Comment Sold account or on the App, you will be issued your credit on those platforms.  We do not offer refunds because the credit card processors charge a 15% chargeback fee, so all returns will receive store credit after the return is approved 

How long to I have to return an item?

Returns must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of package delivery.  International returns are allowed 30 days.
